The 2019 season is only months away! Are you Ready?

May is finally here and you know what that means. It is Truck & Tractor pulling time!!!

2019 Season has officially began. Saturday May 11, at Centre Hall was the first Points hook of the year for the SCTPA Hot Stock and Farm Stock. The first Points class was the Farm Stock, with Charlie Marks taking home the win by a huge lead over second with 20 ft. The Hot Stock winner was Brad Kremer with Fence Row Deere, but Matt Sudol was doing double duty and drove Fence Row Deere and also drove 47 Express coming in second.

The Snyder County Hot Stock went on the road Saturday May 18, out to Lorah's Truck & Tractor Pull in Walnutport, PA. The class was filled with seven pullers. Brad Kremer came out strong and took the win for the second time this season, only taking the win just a little over 3 feet from DJ Boop. They will be back in action on June 1st at Selinsgrove for the third Points hook.

Saturday June 1, was a night full of Points Pulling for all four Snyder County class, but was cut short due to a rain storm that ruined the track for the rest of the night. Before the rain hit, the Snyder County Farm Stock & Hot Stock both completed pulling. The Farm Stock class started the night off, with Charlie Marks taking home the win after Ty Brininger was disqualified for being over 3000 RPM's. Hot Stock was the second class of the night. John Forman took the lead after his hook, till Matt Sudol came up and pulled the same distance creating a tie. Both drivers decided to split the money and points. Then the rain hit and end the night.

Friday June 14, the Snyder County Hot Stock hit the road and traveled to the Kempton Fair. A class for of 11 driver filling the class. John Forman was the third hook of the class, pulling into the lead with a distance of 275.55 ft. Holding onto the lead with 8 more tractors remaining. John Forman took home the win, with Jeff Brininger hitting the track for the first time this season taking home second with a distance of 273.81 ft. The top 9 tractors were all within 8 feet of each other making it one tough class that night.

The Snyder County Points classes are all back in action in 2 weeks at the Union County West End Fair Summer Shootout for. It will also be the first points pull of the year for the trucks, due to the rain out at Selinsgrove on June 1.
